Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our grease-monkeys inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
